    i've been waiting to RP for almost three months. the last time the site was actually updated was three months ago when i was named motm.

To be a bit blunt, this site isn't going to get moving in my opinion. We neglected it to the point where it went completely in active, now reviving it to me seems to be improbable. The admins that started this place including me have been attending to other sites, Administrating on more then one tends to become a bit difficult.

    and what percentage are active? twenty percent or less? the number of members matters not. it is how many are active.

    you could have 2400 members but only 100 are active.

    so either get this fired back up or type delete into the delete forum tab in the admin board.

More then a hundred but you're right, not all members are active. Still, that's a site that has a constant flow of new members every day. How active are your sites? Either way, this site -might- be worked on again later. I'm not making promises but I'm not deleting it because of that possibility either.
